Five projects showing how I investigate problems, align stakeholders, define requirements and support implementation, from enterprise systems and discovery work to a real-client capstone.
01 · HRIS / systems implementation
Took an ELMO HRIS rollout at a 330-person IT consultancy from requirements to go-live, then ran the platform as sole subject-matter expert.
02 · System replacement / SharePoint implementation
Designed the navigation, templates and permissions, then migrated about 300 to 350 pages with SME sign-off for a New Zealand government transport agency. Live a week before the deadline.
03 · Operational process improvement / resource and capacity planning
Interviewed practice leads and project managers, evaluated six tools, recommended ClickUp and set up the dashboards that gave a 330-person consultancy one view of capacity.
04 · Master's capstone / not-for-profit website
Led requirements, user stories and Jira delivery for a team of five, and built the DynamoDB database and Google Analytics dashboards. When the client went quiet, we still handed over a finished build.
05 · Discovery and scoping / custom inventory system
Ran discovery for a national liquor retail chain's centralised inventory system, built the level 2 data flow diagram and ERD, and helped shape the statement of work before the build was paused for budget.
